41: Finding The Better Way with Erika Wright of Supah Stah Chocolate
In episode 41, Aaron chats with Erika Wright, founder and CEO of Supah Stah dark chocolate superfood bars. We learn about how Erika got into the chocolate business after years of being a body work practitioner and her experience running a company, while also staying at home with her young daughter. Aaron and Erika talk about feeling guided towards something better and then taking responsibility for following that guidance. What might seem to others as irresponsibility, can actually be the opposite. Following our inner guidance is being responsible to ourselves and to something much bigger.
Erika also shares how she aims to make Supah Stah a company that is supportive and geared towards women so that she can make a difference. Supah Stah is about happiness and offering the world something better.
Aaron and Erika met through Medicine Path (listen to Episodes 30 and 40 to hear more about Medicine Path) where they have both felt the incredible benefit of sharing appreciation and asking for help. Being “helpable,” as Erika puts it, can be hard to accept, but it has had a huge impact on both of their lives. More help for everyone!
Also, make sure to listen to the very end where Erika sings for us.
Enjoy the show!
